Log into your VAIO account and navigate to the order history section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare Package
Carefully pack your VAIO device in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
